Anthony, though I dont run it, I would really check out the Fiore components. Were I buying again, I would go that route.

Good luck.

I feel like such a noob, but i wanna get this right because i just want it over with....but according to modular depot.com the Fiore adjuster works with any adjustable cable, so im assuming that makes stock cables are out of the question, or does our stock cable count since its "self adjusting"??

also how much difference is there in cables? just looking at Summit, they have their cable for like $40 and BBK sells a cable for like $60. Any real difference here?

Anthony, get ahold of Joe (Vibe) or Ernan (I think they both run the Fiore FWA and quadrant) and ask if they could use their stock cables.

Or get ahold of Mr Fiorentino and simply ask. That's the way to know for sure.

Good luck.

Im not sure if it still does, but I got the steeda firewall adj quadrant 2 years ago, mine came with a cable. The only problem ive found with this unit is you have to drill and tap a hole for a set screw, otherwise it loosens under vibration over time.Take a close look at whatever you buy and see if it has a way to lock the adjusment to avoid this.I think I payed 119 through summit if im not mistaken.

Fiore recommends using the stock Ford OEM cable.I e-mailed him a while back and this is what he said.

Aftermarket cables are junk.
