Adjusting headlights? HELP

Hey guys, juts installed some clear corner headlights from mustangtuning.com and they poit WAY too low...like 10ft out. Is there a way to bring them up? And on top of that, on high beam, only my pass side works, and it still shines low and right in the middle of the highway. SUCKS. HELP PLEASE.:SNSign:

There are adjustments on the back of the headlight,go to a parking lot at night and experiment.Check for loose connections.
