Drivetrain Adjusting Shift points 2000 V-6 automatic

So I made the decision to change my 327's to 373 going to order Yukon gears from Summit. My question do I need to adjust my shift points after the swap? If so, will a tune do it or do I need to accomplish this in another way? If so how? 2000 V-6 convertible automatic.
