adjusting stock clutch?

im having some trouble with mycar it seems as if it geting harder to get into gear and my clucth pedal; feels different . i was just wondering if their was any way to ajust my clutch. oh and its a 95 gt

To adjust the stock clutch simply pull UP on the clutch pedal and listen for a "click" if you hear it then the clutch needed some adjustment, if not it is either within adjustment or it is so worn that it is out of adjustment.
