Advice on fiberglass repair

I recently bought a used LX Wing and of course UPS broke it. I didnt want to deal with filing a claim because the wing was only $25 but shipping was $22 so I didnt want to send it back either. I'm going to repair it myself and any advice or guides would be helpful. Thanks
