Hey everyone. New on here but wanted to know people opinions and some advice.
I got my 95GT from my dad last year. He was the original owner. He's done some work to the engine, but nothing big proformance wise. It's got K&N Airfilter, Flowmaster exhust, 3.73 gears, racing suspension(very tight), MSD plugs, and I think that's about it that he told me it had. I'd have to ask him again.
My question is, what would you put into it to give it some extra power. And by that I mean, making it do 12 secs in the 1/4 mile? My dad suggested cobra cam and intake and maybe upping the gears and tranny so that I'm not blowing the tranny racing it all the time.
My problem is, as much as I love my GT and love to street race it(which I'm good at
), I'm a girl and don't really know much about making my GT go faster. My husband is into the GT as much as I am, but knows as much as I do. Another thing is, I want people to not be able to tell it's a really fast car. I want them to think it's just another GT. Kinda like a surprise attack.

- My name is Jon, and I'm a street racer(we have to say that at the start of all our meetings), and recovery is a process. My family has been very supportive of me, and are very proud of my progress. I've been clean since 1992, and if you need a sponsor...anyhow, welcome, seriously nice 95, love that blue, every time I go in the garage! The powers that be round here don't like those two words in the same sentence-"street
I'll keep that in mind about the "racing". My plans are to bring it to the track once it's all done. It's not a daily driver, but when I take it out, it's so hard not to play.
