Ok so 2 part post my 95 gt when driving in the rain it gets real sluggish I’m not sure why any ideas would be appreciated it’s all stock except for the caí and long tube headers also I’d really like some advice as to what mods I should start with to really gain some power on a low budget anyways thanks in advance

Are you using a fender well CAI? I have had mine suck in water and die during heavy rain (water pooling up on the same said as the filter). Maybe you're seeing something similar?

It is a fender well cai I’ll look into that i thought it might be something like that

When is the last time you changed plugs and ignition wires? Older spark plugs can have higher resistance. Failing ignition wires can short out causing misfiring. These conditions can be worse in the high moisture times like rain. Excessive moisture in the air can make the misfires of these faulty parts happen more frequently.
