aeromotive fuel pump controller. anyone?

hello all. i've got a 91 lx with a na 347 stroker in it.

i bought the complete aeromotive fuel system a few years back and i never drove the car. i started it but never had it dyno tuned or drove it. i'm finally getting around to finishing my project this winter to be ready for spring.

i'm wondering if i'm going to need the pump controller to avoid overheating my fuel and ruining my pump.

anyone been down this road?

I put the complete Aeromotive system in my 93 lx with a supercharger 408W. After driving it twice to the track which is about 30 miles in traffic and with about a 1/4 tank of gas the pump got very loud. I had to stop and get more gas which stopped the loud noise.

Before I bought the controller, I called Aeromotive and they said to change out the prefilter and they send me a few filters after I faxed a copy of receipt for the purchase of the system.

I bought the controller for $300 and it worked well.

I run a full aeromotive system as well....Invest in some fuel line insulation under the hood. It helps alot.
