I paid $12, yes twelve dollars for mine at the local Pull-A-Part. I bought another one just cause it was there. I used stock Mustang U-Joints on my 91. You'll need to re-use your differential mounting plate as the Aerostar's plate is different. I have it plugged into an AOD if anyone is curious. I didn't know they were so pricey....There are 2 more in the yard right now so I'll probably have to go pull them and add to the hoard.

Use the AWD aerostar driveshaft and 2 353 conversion u-joints with your original yolks.Smaller diameter shaft and works great

Like I said,I have done the swap on a T5 and both original yolks have to be put on the aerostar driveshaft with 353 conversion u-joints.

and like i said i bought some but i bought 91 mustang u-joints from my napa here! i have checked them and they look like they are going to fit but because i started working on the alt , id rather finish it first then move on to the drive shaft! I'm not one for having 5 different projects on the go at once! when the alt is done it will be on to the driveshaft! I'm going to go into the garage and take some pics now of the drive shaft and the alt so i will post asap!

The bigger u-joints are 1330's. That's what I needed for my TKO yoke to alum D/S

well, i was gonna post this in your "how to change u joints" thread but it seems to have disappeared. so here's a link to how to change u joints. click on the pics on the left to get the description of whats going on in each pic.

you need a mallet and a socket.

yeah, none of those attachments are working. it's easiest to just get a photobucket account and just link each picture. that way the pic is posted in the thread instead of having to click on a link. and you won't have all this hassle.
