I just tried putting in my afco alum. rad. last night and the stock hoses dont fit on it. Does this happen for everyone? I guess I need to go get stainless steel braid?
Just seen this. I have one. You have to modify the hose. My radiator is 98 vintage and they have changed it slightly. Talking to one of the vendors at the show, he mentioned another ford vehicle is a directi fit bottom hose. The upper should match right up. Obviously the stock hold downs don't work so a universal style is required. The bottoms require some custom work: removing the stock rubbers and installing some cushioning tape, etc.
