AFR 185'S VS PERFORMER RPM'S for a mild 331 street car

I'm trying to pick out the top end parts for my 331 build. i have narrowed the heads down to the performer rpm's and the afr 185's. my eng builder prefers the rpm's but will build it with anything.

the goal is to get a solid 400 at the crank with a 331 with a good set of heads intake and mild cam.
it need to pass the sniffer test and be street-able. the car is not a daily driver but i like to drive it as offten as i can.

so what do you think? the afr's or the rpm's?
guys with these heads your input would be extra great. but any input is thanked

between those two heads go with the AFR

But if you want the best cylinder head go with a Twisted Wedge 185, inline heads cant compete with the effiency of the trick flow head.
