I am thinking of getting some afr heads I was just wondering if any one ever runs into piston and valve interference, I have srp flat top pistons they do have a valve relieve in them
just built my engine. I have AFR 185's with the 2.02 valves & 56cc chaimbers. I have keith black forged 9:1 copression pistons and have no problem. They are flat with relifes for the valves. not sure about your pistons but, if they will fit, you will be very happy with them. upgrade the valve springs though. the ones that come with the AFR heads wont let you rev past 6200 rpm. I have proved that.
