AFR head and cam combo

This winter i plan on pulling my motor. I will be ordering AFR 165's and a alphabet cam. witch came would be the best for my combo, the E or B303?
When this stuff goes on so will a intake manifold, MAS with 24lb.
On top of that I already have cold-air, 65 TB and full exhaust.

I am looking for a rough idle with good power through the whole powerband.
Also would 185cc be way too much or should I just stick with the 165cc's
