After market alarm

Do you guys know if I can disconnect my aftermarket alarm and remove it without any problems. I want it out of the car but I am not sure if things are ran through the alarms computer and if it is disconnected if it will create an open circut.

Oh also if I unplug the alarm computer the key in ignition chime stops working.

Does it have a starter kill? If so, unless you know the wiring, I'd go to a professional. When I wired DEI alarms years ago, if you removed the brain, the car wouldn't start. I assume they're still like that.

just put all the stock wires back together and it should be fine.
