Roush After market roush exhaust vs stock?

Hey guys, I have a quick question that I think I know the answer to... but I just wanted to be reassured.

I converted an 05 GT to a Stage 1. In getting the exhaust, I went with the legal version found here.

My question is, is the stock Roush exhaust you normally get on a Roush the same as the after market "legal version". The reason I ask is because what I have on my car is more an oval shaped muffler and the image on the site looks more cylinder.

Any clarification would be great!

I added a picture below to show the difference. On my car, I have the one on the left installed. The right is the off road exhaust (so scratch that for now). I just didn't know if the "legal version" and the stock exhaust on Roush's are one in the same, or (hopefully - because I want more of a throaty sound) if I just was shipped the wrong exhaust!
