Aftermarket Headlight blowing fuse

Hey guys,
I'm trying to install an aftermarket headlight set from here:

It's the simplest installation in the world and for some reason, the headlight fuse keeps blowing every time I turn on the lights. The headlight works but the parking lights, turn signal, LED's, high beams DO NOT work. Anyone know what it could be? It's driving me crazy Thanks!

How do the headlights function if the headlight fuse (#4) blows?
Not completely understanding the issue makes it tough to offer advice. Are there any shorts (pinched wires, shorted bulbs)?

The low beams work, nothing else works. What's weird is that the fuse #4 blows immediately as soon as I turn on the parking lights but the headlight low beams still function properly. Very simple wiring and I'm stuck
