I looked for the thread but couldn't find it. I saw where someone had mounted the hood pins on the underside leaving the topside untouched.

I am ordering a cervini's hood later this week but the only thing that im caught up on is which one to get. 95 cobra r or 00 cobra r

I will do some searching also because this I would like to see. that would be a perfect setup I think.

I've heard/seen great things from H.O. Fibertrends. priced well too.

I also have the Cervini's 1995 Cobra R hood. It's held up for a little under a year now with plenty of 120+ mph drag strip passes and long highway drives. It fit perfectly with no modification. In fact, it fits better than the OEM hood did!
