Hey, I'm pretty annoyed, I put a JVC deck in a 2005 Kia Rio and got everything all connected and when I went to test it out I got nothing. Nothing at all. I made sure all of the connections were right and they were. What could be the problem? By the way, the Rio is one of the spripped models(no ps, radio, ac/). Please help, I beg you. lol

check fuses

make sure theres power to the radio harness

same thing happened to me -- turned out the deck itself was bad. that could be a possibility, fwiw.

your biggest problem was buying a Kia..

you could a blew a fuse by not covering one of the wires. happened alot me and my stang.

make sure the radio is getting power.. use a dvm

lol my god I would never buy one of these, It's a friend. Thanks for the help everyone, I think it's the ground so I'll check that, weather the radio is getting power and the fuses.
