Aftermarket shifters for 3 speed auto

I have heard of the Megashift and Pro Ratchet by B&M, what other good ones are out there? What are the main benefits? I also would preferably want one that doesn't look too huge in the interior.

Also, how hard are they to put in?

i have a quicksilver. can't comment on how hard it was to put in, but it doesn't look that great. i'm having a little vinyl shift boot made for it. it's nice, though, to be able to control the shifting a little bit better if you're drag racing, and that's what it does
