aftermarket smoked headlights?

im going to be getting a new stang soon, hopefully the one im looking at, and im sure its gonna need new headlights. do you think these will be ok? i dont want to buy something thats going to leak. thanks

I got mine off ebay, had no problems.
if i was you get the clear section where the turning lights are with orange bulbs

Most people buy the ebay ones and then seal the edges with a silicone based product to ensure they dont leak

I bought the clear corner ones from American muscle and i haven't had a problem.

Several months ago I was asking a similar question on the forum and one of our members said he had an OE set off of an '04 in new condition for sale for $150 (including shipping). I bought them and they were a perfect fit on my '00 GT and I haven't had any moisture problems. They look much better than the original stock units.
From everything I've seen on this and other Mustang forums, you'd probably be better off if you can find a used OE set in good condition at a reasonable price and, hopefully, avoid the moisture problem. I have no idea what a set from a Ford dealer would cost but it's probably not in our price range.

I purchased some ebay headlights and they don't fit that well. I had to trim the alignment pins to make them fit better and re-use the old rubber seals. If I had to do it again, I'd get the OEM replacements for $169 from: http://www.performancepartsinc.com/
