Man I missed out on the 05 cause none of the dealers around here had the one I wanted (Sonic Blue GT), Now it looks like no one around here has any the Blue 06s either? Is there another method of getting one of these cars?
Go to the dealership and order one, your wasting your time waiting for the exact car you want to show up on the lot.
Depending on which dealership you go to and their allocation, you will be waiting anywhere from 3 to 4 months for it to come in, but you will have exactly what you want.
Its free to order one. Make sure you don't pay anything to order one. I mean, the way they are selling GT's still, its not like when its actually built and shows up at the dealership and you don't want it, nobody else will. Its not like a car they have a million of, and its still a really hot product so if the dealer can't sell it to you, they'll sell it to someone else.
I ordered mine with all the options I wanted back in mid-july and got the car this week. Never paid a deposit or anything.
Sorry, I couldn't resist. And yes, I did find exactly what I wanted on a dealer lot, but I waited (like, a year) and paid full sticker (no markup though).
