A dealer should have it (may not be in stock tho) or a local junk yard. Yeah it can be a little trick to line that thing up. What I did is I started the treads on the egr about half way than tightend down the bolt on the egr. Good luck

emissions? what are thoes?

Best bet would be a ford dealership, or call around to some junk yards and see if they have any 94/95 5.0... but I doubt they will.

I got a new one from 5.0resto/late model resto. cheaper than the ford dealer wanted ($80) to the 45ish I got it for. It is a nice piece that is from ford, even has the FoMoCo label/sticker/part tag.

If somebody has a used one, great, if not silicone hose and two hose clamps will repair it. It's cheaper than a new one and will last a long time.

what he said...as long as you have each end still in the b-nuts, cut it, and then use hose clamps and a small piece of silcone hose to patch the gap. works like a champ and it won't burn up.
