Aim Headlights

One headlight seems to point up too high, how do I adjust it?
One of the nipples is missing?

In addition the lens seems foggy/hazy, can it be cleaned or polished?

The headlight should have 3 adjusting screws each, one inboard and 2 outboard. The adjuster located on the outboard lower corner of the headlight housing is accessable from the front of the car. The other two are accessable from the rear of the headlight assembly. This is according to the Haynes repair manual I have...best of luck...
As far as cleaning is concerned, Meguiars has a cleaning liquid and polishing liquid especially made for plastic - works well for my gauge cluster cover, but did nothing for my wife's headlight, which seems to be terminal.

i think the whole procedure is in the owners manual as well, if u have it.

cool.. my mom v6 gets flash all the time.. it's pointing straight forward..
