Air conditioner recharging?

Can someone tell me which side and where is the low pressure charging fitting located? Is it on the passenger or drivers side? I'm going to re service the AC because the car is a 95 I haven't done it since I got the car back in 95. Also when I go to max AC the car hardley blows out any cold air, so I think it might be low.

If it's low you have a leak freon doesn't evaporate(sp?), it's one the driver side next to the brake master cylinder if I remember correctly.

I figured there might be a leak, so the recharge has a dye in it so that I can spot leaks.

man that dye is a pita to get off clothes and hands. my a/c must have leaks everywhere because the dye is all over the places where the hoses connect. the wierd thing is that the a/c still works and is cold. i probably should get new hoses tho ...
