Yes. It will also work in an pre2004 F150.

just looked up the Motorcraft numbers, and they are both FA-1632, the K&N part number for both is E-0945. so ya they are the identical filter. you getting a cobra, that would be nice to have two 03/04 cobras at In and Out on fridays

Ed, i have a Green 00 GM. ya im there almost every week. i usually park in the centre section. im usually hang out with the mystichrome guy when he comes, or else with the guy with the 87ish IROC.
