I am using a upr power pipe through my fender with a 90mm lighting maf. What filter should I use on the end, and where can I get it?

Go to K&N's website - any of their conical's that will fit lengthwise, and has a 3.5" inlet should go on the end of your 90mm power pipe.

90 mm divided by 25.4 mm/inch = 3.54"
