Air/Fuel Guage Install

I Just purchased a Sport COmp auto meter air/fuel guage. My question is that does the O2 sensor wire connect to the cars computer? If so, where. I have a 94 GT

I just bought one as well. (got a deal on one) then a buddy of mine told me it's a big waste of time. His robbed the signal strength enough to cause the computer to freak out with bad readings. He turned off the guage and the car ran fine.

I have another friend that loves his, and it works great.

From what i have heard, those guages are just a lame light show without a wide band 02 sensor in there.

its true whitedevil...narrow band sensor readings are worthless...they only work at WOT and even then its not accurate...bling factor only here

On your computer the left O2 is pin 43 its red w/black the right O2 its pin 44 grey w/ lt. blue
