OK, I pored through the stickies, service bulletins and did a search, and I must be the only one to have encountered this because I got nothing... hopefully somebody will know what I'm talking about.
It's actually my fathers car, an '01 GT, and I noticed this when driving it up to the airport to pick him up last week.
There is a noise like air blowing out a small hole, somewhere inside the passenger side dash any time the car is under a load. Taking off, climbing hills, etc. Volume is pretty consistent, but does get does go up and down in relation to how far the gas pedal is pressed. Cruising a flat or down hill, it goes away unless I accelerate. At first I though it might be his new(er) fenderwell cold air kit, since that's the type of noise the air silencer was supposed to hush, but I could still hear it perfectly clear at 80 on the highway, and he has a pretty loud side exhaust. Not to mention that I've had various CAI's on my Fox's including ram air, and none of them made enough noise for me to be able to hear it at speed. It really seems to be inside the cabin not outside. It sounds like a vaccuum leak, but definitely blowing not sucking, and everything (HVAC controls, cruise, etc) work fine, and nothing I touched had any affect on it except throttle. Anyone had this, or have an idea what it might be?

I have the same problem but mine is either the windshield seal (had it replaced due to a nice pretty crack in it) or the weatherstripping at the front top of the window on the drivers side.

Its annoying when I have the AC on and the radio low, but my new subs and the exhaust tones it out..

I don't think that's it, it's not speed related at all, completely load related.
