i'll try to make this very short .. and i hope that someone will have an answer for me. I keep my 95GT in storage so i drive it only on weekends. I wanted to take the car out on the road for few hours and i started it up ... and my airbad light came on. I will flash four time and then disapear for about 3 sec. then flash again .... and so on. Any idea why this would happe ? I drove the car a week ago and it was just fine. Please help.

air bag codes

i have a code 4 on my 90 mustang any good guesses? i have looked at the diagram . just wondering if there is common thing . where is the clock located in the car? this is what i have done so far changed all front sensors, changed the air bag, changed the air bag diagnostic monitor . i part out mustangs so i have alot of parts to try but nothing has made a difference . the car was side swiped but the bag didnt go off . it looks like car was wrecked before in the front but not sure if possibly the bag went off that time and the bag was only replaced who knows.any info would be help full. thanks wayne

Take a look at the website that was given by post #3. It will give you codes and show you how to clear airbag codes. Disconnecting battery etc won't clear airbag codes. You will need to determine the exact code. The airbag light will tell you this. The plug to clear the codes is located just below the glove box. Mine was a two prong grey plug. Peace
