Your left side camber is great for handling, and within tolerances, but not exactly factory specs... right side is out of tolerance... -1.0 is great for your cross between tire wear and handling. That would make your cross camber -.4 which should not cause any pulling or off center steering wheel. What they put your toe at should be fine. A little toe in is ok and good for handling also. I cannot remember off the top of my head, though, what specs are.
Exactly what is your problem? Do you want your camber on the right side to come in more? (I would, atleast matching your left side). If so, just have them, or someone else that does alignments, elongate the holes a little and pull it in. My cars right side is elongated as far as it will go and I got -1.0 out of it... no more positive camber left because the strut bushing is hitting the strut tower lol. Let me know...
