went to the track today, didn't stay all day (mistake) but best of the day was close but not close enough...

1.992 60'
13.2
107 mph

how on earth do you guys pull like 1.9 60's on street tires?? I have 555R's which I heat up with at least a 15 second burnout

Congrats Jani ! You still improved half a second ! 107mph is 12second material. Just put the power to the ground and you're in the club Next time hopefully.

I also answered on the GTAMC forums.

Is the 555R the DR Nitto? If you really burn them 15 seconds, that's why you are not cutting 1.7 60' times . I've talked with several people who say they seem to get slicker if you overheat them. I'd just do a 5 or 6 second burn until they just start to smoke, and then go.

Get rid of those stocker tailpipes and hit up the Off road H pipe next time at the track! Another 10-13HP right there IMO
