We should be making some noise soon! Hopefully the throaty moan of the need for speed!! Looks like i'll have to go with a 3" cowl hood toclear the intake.

Its 1.9" above the fender line at the front of the shock tower. When you try to close the hood the latch to clasp is 2.5" away.

No its a 9" deck but when i put the tall valve covers on to accommodate the roller rockers i had to use a 1" spacer between the intakes so the throttle cable wouldnt bind.
