alternator help please

no it doesnt have any paint or powdercoat.. i know its grounding

white/black wire has .4 to .5 ohm resistance.....alternator still not working!!!!

FINALLY got the thing working...turns out part of my ignition switch harness was melted and had a bad connection i cleaned up the connections enough to work for now but i will be ordering a new pigtail harnes... thanks again for all the help guys!
