You'll either need to grind the bracket some to clear the driveshaft, or put in a longer pinion snubber (keeps the axle "pumpkin" from slamming into the bottom of the trunk). The longer pinion snubber means you'll bottom out on the snubber before you rub on the bracket.
check to make sure your parking brake bracket hasnt pulled out of the spot welds. If it has youll need to find someone to weld it back up there I have pics on my website of what happened and what I had to do to fix it. good luck
