The car revs up much faster now. A little getting used to launching from red lights, but its worth it.

funny, I didn't notice any difference with mine at all... well other than no more vibration like I had with the stocker.

At least it's more erect and not floppy anymore.
You won't notice much difference in power or anything, but like you said it does get rid of the annoying vibration. More importantly, your putting more power to the ground

I know I was being a butt head.. lack of sleep n all
My install took a few hours, but we did my gears at the same time.

In that case, the gears is probably what you felt the most after those mods
It's nice to have the DS after a gear install. No more of the vibrator
You like me will have to swap the slip yoke off the stocker for it to work with the 4R70W. Will take a couple extra tools but still not difficult. I plan on ordering one sometime this winter.

You guys, I've been wanting an aluminum ds for a while now, but I have an automatic. Are you saying that all I have to do is buy the FRPP aluminum driveshaft for manuals and swap the yoke?
I didn't notice anything when I installed mine. No vibrations before and non after. I did chirp the tires in third though...but it might have been a bad road or something that day.

So far performance mods are: Borla exhaust(not the stingers), SLP catted X-pipe, SCT tune, FRPP 3.73s, C&L upper plenum, Amsoil air filter/silencer delete, Other mods: BBKStrutTB, KB ShockTB, UPR FLSCs, MM RLCAs
Plannin on a Alum. DS and SLP LTs before next track season.
My best time was run on 255/45s streets with about 25psi. I think its got a 13.6 in it with the right conditions as is. It spins a bit off the line with the 3.73s.

That's cool man, I'm hoping for 13's with my mods. I will soon have a o/r X pipe from Pypes added. Thinking about Steed LCA's next.
