Does anyone know when fords aluminum DS will be back in stock anywhere? I have been waiting for this thing forever. Also, does it come with new U joints or will I have to use my old ones?

I just spoke with a customer on the phone from Utah so it may have been you, but if not, they will be available within the next few weeks, and they do come with new u-joints

I was at Hawaii Racing in Simi, an authorized FRPP dealer looking for an aluminum DS. They told me they wouldn't have any until the middle of July.

I replaced my aluminum D/S with a carbon fiber unit from P.S.T and left the
aluminum one at the performance shop I'll call and see if they still have it if so it's yours just pay shipping.

About the same maybe a little better but the aluminum d/s I had (FRPP) was
loud it whistled at certian rpms. and drove me nuts. The new c/f d/s does it to but not nearly as loud and at different rpms.

They are is stock right now and yes they come with U joint , I'll get 5 tomorrow ( Friday ).

The new price is $256.00 , it's the new model , they were B/O for a while , looks like they had a few issues with the older version so I'll suggest to get the new one.

I may have the older one but it has not given me any problems. I bought it over a year ago...haven't noticed any whistleing either. I guess I'm lucky I paid $159 for it.

From what I heard ( unofficially ) a few of them had faillures on High Horse Power cars so they change a few things to prevent that , this must be why they raised the price .
