I purchased a new aluminum radiator from someone selling it on Craig's List. It was already out of the box so I have no idea who manufactured the unit and I was wondering if you guys could help with a few questions.
Oh yeah, I almost forgot, since the radiator core is thicker am I going to have problems with my stock fan coming in contact with the radiator?
A lot of questions for just a radiator swap but, I have been considering just selling the radiator instead of farting around with an unknown like this.
- The lower mounts and isolators; since the radiator is a wider core do I need aftermarket lower brackets / isolators?
- Same question for the upper mount; do I need something other than the factory upper mounts to account for the thicker core?
- The radiator didn't come with a cap; can I use the one from my stock radiator or would the aluminum radiator require something different?
