I am looking at getting an aluminum radiator, but the custom fit ones where no fabrication is needed are expensive (Griffen, BeCool).
I'm thinking about getting a Howe or Fluidyne with minimal fabrication (less then a one day ordeal), any input for a 67 stang with a SB radiator support?
thanks!

Fog, for what it is worth I have used the Howe universal for years with no problems. Just make sure you mount a universal unit in such a way the radiator cap is not so high that it hits the hood. Also, use some rubber between the radiator and mounting points on the car to help with vibration.

24" 4 row rad in my '65. I bought the core pretty cheap. Then had it re-cored. No overheating worries :nice:

Dude just get yourself one of the universal fit ones. At the worst you have to fab up some brackets which is really easy. I was in the same situation, when I get some money to buy a rad, I will get a universal fit one. Just take some measurements so you know what your limits will be and order. At worst you can have a machine shop build you some.
