It looks like I'm SOL when it comes to replacement rocker mouldings on a 70grande. It looks like the part has been discontinued, and the 69moulding is way different.

My existing mouldings are dented, scratched, rusted, oxidized, paint dripped, and just showing 35years of abuse.

Take a look at the pic:

Does anyone have any ideas? If the 69 mouldings were even slightly similar I'd use them, but they are less than 1/2 the width. My only other option is the "Mach 1" rocker mouldings. They are similar in shape and size, but damn expensive and have a big "Mach 1" cast into them which is the worst part because I refuse to put Mach 1 badgeing on a non-mach car.

Am I going to have to just remove the moldings and go with just body color? Anyone have any ideas as for places to look? I've tried all the big parts suppliers with no luck...

Do you have a better pic? How long are they? How tall are they? Would '67-'68 moldings fit? I've got a set I can measure.

I don't have any other pics, but I'll snap one tonight and post it tomorrow. I'll also grab some measurements.. But I doubt the 67-68 ones are long enough.
