The guys at AM are awsome. I never get service that good nowadays.

I bought MIL elims that were defective and the guy didnt interogate me. Just said "oh there was a bad batch, well just send you a new set"

i asked what about the old ones, and he said just keep em!!

Never had a problem with AM and now that i had a chance to see there customer service in action, ill be ordering from them from now on WOOT :SNSign:

just ranting but i had to put this out there.

I ordered my CAI from them (through their ebay account I believe) and had a problem locating where to mount the IAT sensor, although I was retarded and didn't read the directions until later, they helped me out by sending kind emails suggesting different things. They were very helpful.

I ordered a set of black Bullitts and tires, (2x 10.5 DD) on Thursday night, and one already came in today, and the other 3 should be here tomorrow. That's pretty quick shipping if you ask me.

First time dealing with AM all the way up here in Canada I like the fact that the shipping cost with UPS includes all the duties and taxes upfront, so I don't have to pay anything once it arrives.

Just received my FR500 wheels today, took only 7 days to arrive. Two of them were sightly damaged during shipping but nothing that AM can't handle. I called them up earlier and they are shipping 2 new ones.

Also, a kitten was shipped with the wheels. UPS truck dropped off the wheel at my garage, after opening the the third box, my coworker noticed a kitten hiding in between the boxes for the wheels.

Dunno where if came from, maybe off the UPS truck????

I ordered their floormatts and took 2 and a half weeks.
I had ordered Hurst shift ball from Summit recieved it in less then 2 days

Although I did call American Muscle about the wait and they were nice about it, and the floormats did come in a coupe days later, and they shipped some free decals which was nice, like I asked.

That kitten is a keeper. It survived a long trip. If you don't want it, I'd like to have it. Pearl02.

definitey agree. I bought a CAI from their website and it was delivered really fast and they even had a really helpful step-by-step video for installing it online. You can't beat their customer service. They're just a great company, plain and simple.

I have defiantly helped to keep that place going for the last few months. I ordered lowering springs, rear lower control arms, SLP LM II cat back exhaust, Mach 1 grill delete and I plan on ordering an aluminum drive shaft in a few weeks.
i have yet to have an issue.
