They have always been fine with me except when I wanted to return the 10.5 inch clutch because mine was an 11". They said how all the info on the site is there so this doesn't happen. I said, I effing know that, but somebody upgraded this clutch BEFORE I bought the car so HOW THE EFF would I know that unless I tore it apart before ordering....which is out of the question because I'm not letting the car sit all apart for 3-4 days.

I threatened to return the 785 dollars worth of wheels I ordered on the same order if they didn't take the clutch back. They quickly changed their mind about taking the clutch back. I lost 20% and the shipping, but I was okay with that.

They're a site sponsor. Send a PM to AMNick, he'll get back to you, usually within 24 hours.

nick is usually really good with returning emails in a timely manner. Just have a little patience, he will rectify the situation accordingly

I can understand where you are coming from. You said you emailed them with no response.....I used to ONLY email places, but I learned the hardway. Sometimes they get so many email or might "loose" them or something. Did you try calling them? Just pick up the phone and call them, I am sure they are more then willing to work with you

Lay it out on the floor flat and use a hair dryer to heat the bends up. It should help it straighten out.

Assuming the bends are his only issue, bolting it up to the car will eliminate the bends. I should have read the OP post a bit more before my initial response, I thought htere was a problem with the order, not just the product.

My last chin I got from AM did the same, sat in sun for 2 days, had slight bends still. Bolted to the car it took the bend lines out within 1 day of driving.

yea the bens in front on the lip are fine its just that the end of the corners where they bolt up to the car are seriously really bent and that part the plastic is a lot harder I have a mach 1 lip on already and i just wanted this new one cuz mine is scratched up
