I have a catted mac pipe and american thunder cat-back, but I don't think its as loud as it should be. Does anyone know if the catback comes with delta or 40 series flows?
I think I'm going to change them to 40 series, if they are louder.

My american thunder kit i bought like 2 years ago came with the regular 40 series, I have an off-road h-pipe and its decently loud but compared to my friends 96 cobra with the same settup his is 2x louder at least, but i guess that just the 4.6 motor compared to ours

i was actually wondering the same thing myself. ive got a catted xpipe with shorty headers with the american thunder but my freinds pickup truck with just a catback exhaust is easily louder than mine...how much louder is the original 40 series than the delta flow?

It is the catalytic converters that are making it quiet. If you get rid of them it will be much much louder.
But if the american thunder are 3 chambers then wouldn't that quiet it down a bit too?
If the 2 chambers give it a more aggresive sound I'll grab them.

Going from 50 series delta flow to 40 series delta flow (or 3 to 2 chamber if you prefer to call them by that name) will increase volume some. But the Am. Thunder cat-back already comes with the 40 series delta flow 2 chamber mufflers.

Like said above, the biggest change you can make (easily) is to drop the cats. Or you could swap the cam . . .
