amp mount

Okay I was thinking about mounting my amp from the rear deck using like a shelf attached to a board where id paint it and mount my amps. Anyone have any other suggests or have ever done this. Also if anyone has any pictures of custom amp installation or pictures of there audio system (detailed pictures) could you please post. Thanks.

what i did was buy some 3/4 square aluminum stock and build a rack to hang from my package tray. Im in the middle of changing amps but here is a link to my car on sounddomain

that is kind of the idea i am thinking about but my only problem is where i can hide the wires to run up towards the top of the rear deck without it looking tacky.

untill i started to change amps i had all my wires run under the rear fenderwell covers. if you run under the rear seat then up under the plastic fenderwell covers they will come out right at the package tray. Then strap the wires to the package tray. put the wires in a plastic loom and you would never see them .
