What they said ^^. A close friend of mine has the B31 on his weekend racer 88 hatch. Edelbrock heads, V2 S-trim, Saleen intake, 302 bottom end.
It makes around 56o to the tires and runs 10's.

Well I've seen some good reports about it in n/a form but the adding or rather pushing the dart block with a blower, not sure of psi level yet, could be in the mix later on.

Are you looking to buy new? I hate to be the custom cam guy, but if you are spending that much cash on an engine, it may be worth the extra $100. That being said, I am doing my current build with mostly used parts. I have a n41 cam and have been happy with it. I bought a n71 cam used, and was going to run it, but changed my mind. For an ots cam, anderson makes good products, and they are billet. Comp charges extra to get their $300 cams in billet.

Oh man "Lumpy" is cool! My Trick Flow cam is very lumpy and I love it! Nothing cooler than listening at idle to my blower whistle and cattless exhaust being shook up by a "lumpy" cam.

Its all about the cool factor to me.

I had a B3 on my car when it was supercharged. Definitely had a nice lope to it when the idle was set low enough.

When I go low idle with the ecam, the vaccum is too low on that 110* lobe

XE274 is very similiar to NX274 what im running only difference mine has wider lobe separation for nos or blower both are great off the shelf stroker cams and custom grinds i dont think they charge for. The XE270 im not as familiar with but comp website has great info

Why don't you contact one of the cam gurus that everyone recommends and get a custom grind? Direction I'm going in on my next build. I just wouldn't run an OTS grind in a dart block build. I would try to maximize everything I want out of it(in your case idle quality, power, and possible forced induction). Plenty of quality OTS cams out there but...
