I did the ABS test per this website: http://www.veryuseful.com/mustang/tech/brakes/absDiagInfo.html

It came up with a code "34" left rear ABS sensor continuity fault.

The wire near the left rear sensor doesnt look banged up enough to cause a break in connection. Which leaves me with checking out the rest of it. After the wire goes up through the floorboard near the lower control arm mounting point, where the heck does it go?

The sensor plugs in under the bottom of the rear seat. Pull up the bottom of the rear seat and they'll be easily visible. Read through my post on removing the interior if you've never removed the rear seat before.

I had a banged-up wire on my left rear sensor, around where the wire ran under part of the frame. It had definitely been crushed, although the wires looked intact. It could be an intermittent connection tripping the fault.

Yeah the rear ABS sensors plug into the huge interior wiring harness that runs to everything else in the car. Plugs in directly under the rear seat.

Connection seems to be OK. I'll replace that wire just in case there is hidden damage. Hopefully it is the cause of the ABS light..
