Another Dumba$$ Question?

Sorry For Being A Pain,
Cable from solenoid to starter. Where does the strain relief/strap/hoop bolt to. I thought I remembered a hole in the shock tower or frame but none there. The only hole on the route down/back is on the motor mount support and it's a big enough hole to require a bolt with a nut. I'm confused? I took some pretty good pics several years back when I took it all apart, but no pics of anything as simple and easy to remember as this As always, any help is genuinely appreciated.
