Another supercharger question...

yeah, I'd say go with a turbo as well, Superchargers rob power from the crankshaft since it's belt driven, Turbo's although have more lag, are driven by the exhaust so it saves you literally about a 50% hp loss from the supercharger.

Q: How long does it take to install the turbo kit?

A: It takes about 20 hours to install the turbo kit. Its very easy no need for any fancy tools. Your basic hand tools will do the job. Only special tool you would need is just a 1/2" NPT tap to tap into your oil pan for the drain hose. I have a quick overview of the install on the installation section of this website.

Q: Do i have to lift motor to install kit?

A: No

thats from tmaturbo.com. the install page makes it look as simple as it sound above.

turbocharger would ultimately be better. you can adjust it to where it kicks in late (3k +), ie deliberate turbo lag, that way you can cruise around still while still having monster hp on the tap.

I've seen some a few 800rwhp+ turbo set ups that can be driven like a normal car without 315s on the back.
