and wont start...... i got a 03 mach 1 ...i changes cluster and new keys are not pragrammed ...what i need to do ...will a real good scan tool reset it ..or dealer>>???
dammitt .......my bro in law gets his crown vic done there ..on sat he pays this guy 50 bucks and he bring scaner out to car bam it done..??and its his own tool...??
