antiseize on plugs

You'd be foolish to NOT use it when changing your plugs. I also use dielectric grease on the tops of the plugs and inside the boots for the coils.

i use dielectric and anti seize

Anti-seize is a must with aluminum heads. With iron heads a wee bit of engine oil fine but with Al, a/s is a priority to avoid damaging the threads in the head next time the plugs are removed, especially if you go 60,000 miles (or more) between plug changes.
