Any conversion kits for a late-model, center mounted E-brake?

I took the E-brake handle out of the 1994 GT car I got my engine out of and want to make it work in the '65. I can't seem to find any conversion kits via Google. Do any of you guys know of a conversion kit? If not, I may have to do a custom job somehow, because I don't like the stock E-brake.

I did it using a 92 handle. Son't know how similar they are, but all I did was cut a slotted hole in the floorboard, bolted the handle to the floor (with a supporting plate underneath) and made an extended adjustment bolt out of all-thread. The only thing I notice later on was the cables tend to rub on the driveshaft, but htat was solved with additional retaining brackets welded to the floors to support the cable. I made a console to cover the whole thing.
